The Shrine is built with a base of a 5×5 obsidian platform and a 3×3 centered crying obsidian layer. On all edges an end rod has to get placed. On top of the shrine the player has to sacrifice his dragon egg after he got it from the ender dragon. The Eye can only get called in the end dimension.
